We've got you covered!

PVC flexible ducts, also known as flex ducts or ventilation hoses, are tubes made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) used in ventilation systems to move air, dust, or fumes. They are made for easy installation and use in applications that require durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance. PVC flex ducts are highly flexible ductwork piping capable of maneuvering around tight spaces and obstacles from equipment or structural design in setups where rigid ductwork would not be feasible. PVC flexible ducts are used for their versatility, low weight, ease of handling, and cost effectiveness. Their flexibility allows adaptation to various system layouts and can remove the need for additional ductwork components. They are commonly used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, dust collection, fume exhaust, appliance venting, and equipment ventilation in industrial and manufacturing operations. PVC thermoplastic flex ducts are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of various ventilation and air handling systems to handle a range of fumes, vapors, exhausts, gaseous media, airborne dust, contaminants, and particulates.
These are USA made PVC flexible ducts built by Harrison Machine and Plastic under the trade name SUPERDUCT®, one of the nation’s top manufacturers and brands of thermoplastic ductwork. SUPERDUCT® flex pipes are to be used with air and compatible gaseous media in open air, non-pressurized applications only. They are not for use in pressure systems, with liquids, or with known incompatible chemicals. Always verify chemical compatibility prior to use.
PVC Flexible Duct Sizes and Options
PVC flexible duct sizes range from 2″ to 16″ in diameter and are made to Iron Pipe Size (IPS) sizing standard. Each flex duct is 25′ in length with plain pipe ends and can be cut to project length as needed.
Technical Specifications
PVC flexible duct pipes are made from high quality polyvinyl chloride for superior flexibility without loss of mechanical strength, environmental durability, or chemical resistance. They are manufactured to ASTM D1784 standards for material purity, consistency, and overall performance. They are built and tested to deliver a long service life and compatibility with a wide range of applications, property types, and ventilation systems.
