Access tees are in-line pipe fittings with a threaded plug on the branch that allows for system maintenance, inspection, modification, or addition of plumbing accessories such as flow meters. 

Dual pipe tee fittings have traditional outer containment pipe socket joints and specialized extended inner carrier pipe socket joints for connecting inner carrier pipe components. The fittings can be connected to standard, clear, or containment pipes. Double containment tees can be installed using professional primer and cement appropriate for the fitting material.
