Insert fittings are durable fittings that are used in irrigation applications for hose hookup. Insert fittings are barbed on one end so the fitting can grip the hose when inserted to establish a firm connection with the hose. A clamp is also recommended to use in this application to ensure the joint stays connected in pressure applications. Inserts are molded in many different fashions to fit any hose application that you may have. Straight, tees, 90, and crosses are just some of the ways inserts are manufactured to fit your special need.

PVC coupling inserts are specialized pipe fittings used to create a straight line connection between two sections of hose or tubing. PVC coupling insert fittings are made for direct hose-to-hose connections to handle various fluids and liquid substances including but not limited to water, chemicals, mixtures, and fertigation solutions. Their primary function is to extend the length of a hose supply system by seamlessly joining two sections together. 
Insert couplings have dual barbed ends that hook onto the inner surface of the hose when inserted, creating a mechanically secure connection. Their barbed design provides a reliable seal that reduces the risk of leaks or disconnection when used in pressurized systems. For applications involving higher pressure, it is recommended to use hose clamps to further reinforce the connection.
