Schedule 80 CPVC Couplings

Schedule 80 CPVC couplings are heavy duty industrial plastic fittings used to join two CPVC pipe sections together. Schedule 80 CPVC couplings are designed to create a secure, leak proof connection when needing to extend the length of a plumbing network. Sch 80 CPVC couplings have either socket or threaded (FPT) ends for making plumbing connections between the pipe and coupler. Socket CPVC couplers have dual slip ends for solvent weld glue joints with CPVC primer and cement. Threaded CPVC couplers have dual female pipe thread (FPT) ends for twist connections to MPT piping. High quality thread tape is recommended when installing threaded fittings.
