PVC Duct Flanges
Bidding a job & need contractor pricing?
We've got you covered!

PVC duct flanges are low profile fittings used to securely join or seal ductwork sections in ventilation, fume handling, and exhaust systems. PVC duct flanges come in socket flange and blind flange fitting types. Duct socket flanges provide a mounting surface between duct pipes or fittings, allowing connection to other components or surfaces. Duct blind flanges are flat cap flanges used to terminate ductwork or temporarily seal off open duct ends. PVC duct flanges are primarily used to allow the assembly and disassembly of ductwork and ventilation systems. Flanges often feature predrilled holes around their perimeter (standard) through which hardware bolts can be inserted to join two flanges together. This creates a tight seal between the connecting components to prevent leaks and maintain system integrity. Due to their PVC construction, PVC duct flanges are rated for many ductwork applications that handle fumes, vapors, exhausts, gaseous media, and airborne dust, contaminants, or particulates.
These are USA made PVC duct flanges built by Harrison Machine and Plastic under the trade name SUPERDUCT®, one of the nation’s top manufacturers and brands of thermoplastic ductwork. SUPERDUCT® flanges are to be used with air and compatible gaseous media in open air, non-pressurized applications only. They are not for use in pressure systems, with liquids, or with known incompatible chemicals. Always verify chemical compatibility prior to use.
PVC Duct Flange Sizes and Options
PVC duct pipe flanges are available in socket flanges and blind flanges. Duct socket flange sizes range from 2″ to 24″ in diameter. Duct blind flange sizes range from 3″ to 24″ in diameter. PVC duct flanges are made to Iron Pipe Size (IPS) sizing standard. All flanges are 3/16″ thick material. All bolt holes are 5/16″ diameter. Undrilled socket flanges or flanges with 150# drilling are available on request.
PVC duct socket flanges feature a slip joint end made for solvent weld or hot air weld connection to a duct section. For solvent weld installation, a professional PVC primer and solvent cement are recommended for socket flanges up to 14″ in size. Hot air welding is recommended for socket flanges larger than 14″ in size. Blind duct flanges are made for bolt and hardware installation only.
