PVC duct blind flanges are used to secure and seal open ended ductwork in a variety of ventilation, exhaust, and fume handling systems. Blind duct flanges are manufactured from premium grade PVC thermoplastic material and engineered to industry ASTM standards. The flanges provide a durable, corrosion resistant solution for terminating ductwork or temporarily sealing off sections during maintenance or system modifications. They are manufactured and designed for long service life potential and compatibility with a range of chemicals and air types. The flanges can be used in applications and operations involving vapors, exhausts, fumes, gasses, dust, and particulates. PVC duct blind flanges feature a flat, low profile surface without a center opening. The solid, ″blind ended″, design is used to create an airtight seal at the end of a duct section. Blind duct flanges are made for use with other flange type duct pipe, components, or equipment. Each blind flange perimeter features pre-drilled bolt holes in a standard, uniform pattern. This feature simplifies alignment and installation between matching flanges on duct ends or equipment.
PVC duct blind flange fittings come in sizes ranging from 3″ to 24″ in diameter with bolt holes for secure, bolted connections. All flanges are 3/16″ thick material. All bolt holes are 5/16″ diameter. Flanges with 150# drilling are available on request.
