PVC Duct Couplings
Bidding a job & need contractor pricing?
We've got you covered!

PVC duct couplings are pipe connection fittings used to seamlessly join two sections of PVC ductwork. Duct couplers are used to create secure, airtight joints to complete ductwork, HVAC systems, and exhaust networks. PVC duct couplings are used in the design, installation, and repair of ventilation systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties and work cases. They are manufactured from high quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a robust thermoplastic that provides durability, corrosion resistance, and a long service life. Due to their PVC construction, the couplings are suitable for many ductwork applications that handle fumes, vapors, exhausts, gaseous media, airborne dust, contaminants, or particulates. PVC duct couplings feature sleeve type socket ends that work by sliding over the ends of two plain end duct pipes.
These are USA made PVC duct couplings built by Harrison Machine and Plastic under the trade name SUPERDUCT®, one of the nation’s top manufacturers and brands of thermoplastic ductwork. SUPERDUCT® couplings are to be used with air and compatible gaseous media in open air, non-pressurized applications only. They are not for use in pressure systems, with liquids, or with known incompatible chemicals. Always verify chemical compatibility prior to use.
PVC Duct Coupling Sizes and Options
PVC duct coupling sizes range from 2″ to 24″ in Iron Pipe Size (IPS) diameter. Duct pipe couplers come in reducer couplings, rolled reducer couplings, flex hose adapters, and sleeved couplings. Duct reducer coupler sizes range from 3″ x 2″ up to 18″ x 16″. Rolled reducer coupler sizes range from 6″ x 4″ up to 24″ x 20″. For installation, professional PVC primer and solvent cement are recommended for duct couplings up to 14" in size. Hot air welding is recommended for duct couplings larger than 14″ in size.
Technical Specifications
PVC duct couplings are made from premium industrial grade PVC material and are precision engineered to meet ASTM D1784 standards and ASTM testing requirements for professional ductwork. This ensures high purity, product consistency, and reliable performance for extended service across ventilation applications and building structures.
