The Eaton Model 73 simplex basket strainer is equipped to reduce pressure loss in a large diameter pipe system because of it’s compact design and ability to work in tight spaces. The strainer is designed for a straight through flow application. The Eaton Model 73 Simplex strainer is a one basket unit that has a body material of Cast Iron. The working pressure of this unit is 200PSI at 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The Model 73 comes as a flanged unit in size options 10”, 12”, 14”, 16” and 18”. Some of it’s main features are it comes equipped with a quick open cover, a hand removable basket, and has a threaded drain. These units come standard with a stainless steel perforated basket.
