Natural PVDF union fittings manufactured by Nibco® for use in PVDF plumbing applications. Natural PVDF union fittings are used to allow quick connect and disconnects within PVDF pipelines without cutting or other disassembly. We provide Nibco® Chemtrol® premium line of natural PVDF unions. They provide superior chemical resistance, service temperature ranges, thermal stability, design stress tolerance, impact resistance, tensile strength and are unaffected by UV exposure. Natural PVDF unions are free of colorants and additives and are ideal for use in high purity work scenarios. They are tested and approved per ANSI / NSF 61, 51 and 14 standards as well as FDA and USP Class 6 requirements for non toxic handling of consumable materials and potable water. Acceptable and common applications include food, beverage, pharmaceutics and ultra pure water handling. Available Nibco® natural PVDF union fittings come in pipe schedule 80 thickness. Dimensions include 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/2" and 2" NPS diameter sizes. Installation styles are either socket or threaded connections. Threaded connections are FPT x FPT. Natural PVDF union fittings come standard with FKM fluorocarbon gasket seals. EPDM is available on request.
