Hayward 3 way true union ball valves are used to control liquid media flow between two different pipeline branches. Three way ball valves allow for complex flow configurations for mixing, diverting, or shutting off flow between multiple pipe runs and connected equipment or feed tanks. The 3 way ball valve is an essential part of various industrial processing, chemical handling, and water treatment applications that need precision distribution or cycling of process fluids, ingredients, reactants, or additives.
These are Hayward® thermoplastic true union three way ball valves. Options include T-port, L-port, and actuator ready 3 way valves for use with automated control systems. Valves come in PVC or CPVC body material options to match chemical handling requirements, feature PTFE (Teflon) seats, and are available with either FPM (Viton) or EPDM O-rings. They have quarter-turn handles with position indicators. These 3 way ball valves have a true union design to simplify installation and maintenance. Each connection port features an assembly nut to allow the valve body to be removed for cleaning or repair without the need to cut and replace pipe sections, saving time and labor costs.

- Flexible Installation: Sizes from 2 1/2 inches to 4 inches in socket and threaded end connections; sizes from 2 1/2 inches to 6 inches in flanged end connections.

Hayward Thermoplastic True Union Ball Valves also make maintenance easier. Just unscrew the two assembly nuts and lift the valve out of the line for service. Reversible seats only need to be removed, turned over and reinstalled to put a valve back on line. Double o-ring stem seals, easily actuated and many available options make these valves the right choice.
Hayward 3 Way True Union Ball Valve ports allow different flow configurations depending on ball type. 1/2 inch to 6 inch rated @ 150 PSI, in PVC or CPVC with o-rings in FPM or EPDM. Sizes up to 2 inches have socket and threaded end connections.
