Nibco Chemtrol® natural 45 degree PVDF elbow fittings are used to change pipe direction by 45 degrees. The natural PVDF 45 elbow comes in either female threaded or socket style connections. Sizes range from 1/2" up to 6" NPS diameters. They are manufactured to schedule 80 pipe thickness using high quality, virgin Kynar resin. Natural 45 degree PVDF elbow fittings are fabricated without additional additives to the base resin material and are white to off-white in color. They are tested and approved for top quality, high purity, consumable type applications, outdoor installations and temperatures up to 280°F. Approved applications include food and beverage processing, ultra pure water handling, water demineralization, distillation and deionization, chemical transfer, distribution and synthesis, pharmaceutical production and nuclear reactor waste handling.
